Important Disclaimer: This tool is for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or genetic counselor before making any health decisions based on genetic data. Raw DNA data from consumer testing companies has limitations and may not detect all variants.

Get notified when we discover new traits
We're constantly expanding the database. Leave your name and email and we'll let you know when new conditions and traits are added. Completely optional — the app is fully usable without it, and we never receive your DNA.
Terms of Use & Disclaimer
By using DnaExplorer.App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Not Medical Advice: This tool provides educational information only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or genetic counselor regarding any health decisions.
2. Data Limitations: Consumer DNA testing (AncestryDNA, 23andMe, MyHeritage, etc.) uses genotyping arrays that test only a fraction of your genome. Many conditions require full gene sequencing or specific variant analysis not covered by consumer tests. A negative result does NOT mean you are free of genetic risk.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the SNP database may contain errors, outdated information, or may not include all relevant variants for your ancestry. Results should be confirmed through clinical-grade genetic testing.
4. Privacy & Data: All analysis is performed locally in your browser. Your DNA data is NEVER uploaded to any server. We do not collect, store, or transmit any genetic information. If you choose to subscribe, we collect only your name and email — see the Privacy Policy.
5. Emotional Impact: Learning about genetic risks can be distressing. If you discover potentially serious health information, please consult a healthcare professional. Consider speaking with a genetic counselor before and after using this tool.
6. Informed Consent: You are using this tool voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand the limitations of consumer genetic data and accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on these results.
7. Regulatory Notice: This tool is not approved or certified by any regulatory body (FDA, TGA, CE, etc.) for diagnostic purposes. It is an educational resource only.
Email Your Report & Privacy Notice
We’ll copy a beautifully formatted report (matching the PDF) to your clipboard and open your email app — you just paste it in.
How it works: Click the button below, then paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the email that opens. The rich formatting is preserved in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most other clients.
Data Being Sent: The report includes your genetic findings — condition names, genes, rsIDs, risk levels and genotypes.
Privacy: Everything is composed locally on your device. We never store, process, or see the email content or recipient. Email isn’t a secure channel for health data — consider your provider’s secure portal for clinical use.
✅
Report copied!
Your formatted genome report is on your clipboard. Your email app should have opened a new message — just paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) into the body and hit send.
If the paste looks plain, your browser may not support rich copying — use the button below to open a copyable version, then select-all → copy → paste.
🤖 Explore with AI & Privacy Notice
We’ll open ChatGPT with a summary of your findings already filled in, so you can ask follow-up questions in plain English.
Data being sent: your finding names, genes, genotypes, APOE type and area scores. Your raw DNA file is never included.
Privacy: unlike the rest of this app (which never lets your data leave the device), this feature sends the summary to OpenAI via the URL so ChatGPT can read it. OpenAI’s own privacy policy then applies to that conversation. Don’t continue if you’d rather keep this analysis entirely on-device.
Privacy Policy
Your DNA stays yours. All DNA analysis happens entirely in your browser. Your raw genetic data is never uploaded, transmitted, stored, or seen by us — it never leaves your device.
Optional newsletter. If you choose to subscribe, we collect only your name and email address. We use these solely to contact you, from time to time, about new conditions, traits, enhancements, and features added to DnaExplorer.App.
We never sell or share your information. Your contact details will never be sold, rented, or disclosed to anyone outside DnaExplorer.App.
No DNA, ever. We do not receive, store, or process any genetic data. The optional subscription is completely separate from the analysis and is 100% voluntary.
Re-scan reminders, on your device only. To tell you when the variant database has grown since your last analysis, the app keeps a small summary in your browser's local storage — which database variants existed and which of them you matched. It never includes your DNA file or raw genotypes, it lives only in your browser, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Use without subscribing. You can use every feature of DnaExplorer.App without giving us any information at all.
Unsubscribe anytime. Every email we send will include a way to opt out, and we'll promptly remove your details on request.
📤 Share your result
Only your trait result appears on the card — never your genotype or DNA file.
